A number of traditional furniture making techniques used in the construction of this piece. Solid timber throughout, a great deal of detail including hand beading. All natural features in timber have been filled with clear resin preserving the timber’sNotes: Solid timber slats featuring pre-drilled, sunken & arised holes for screws. (preventing mattress damage). Solid timber posts and construction using traditional methods of joinery. The timber used in this bed originated from a dead tree blown over during high gust winds in a storm.

Mitred U Based Table With Exposed Tenons
Read moreDesigned around functionality this beautiful table is comfortable to sit at and versatile allowing additional guests to be seated at each end. The timber has been salvaged from the historic Goulburn Woolstore built during the 2nd World War and demolished in the late 1990’s. The timber has been preserved by the natural lanolin of the wool. We estimate this timber to be over 300 years old.

Natural Edged Red Gum Mitred U Base Table
Read moreThis rare piece of timber was salvaged from a farm at Halls Gap. The tree, hit by lightning, was resting in a paddock for many years. Probably destined for firewood, the insightful farmer decided to sell the tree log to be milled, dried and made into a magnificent table to be admired for generations to come.
